Aim of the project
A team of PMR consultants conducted a comprehensive analysis of the bakery market.
PMR research method
On the basis of secondary data, we provided key information on the economic situation of Polish households, showing changes in consumption patterns of basic food products in recent years. In order to get a broader and more comprehensive picture of the market, the structure of consumption in Poland was compared to consumption in selected EU countries. What is more the analysis of the bakery market also contained value forecasts for the researched markets, as well as current average prices for selected products in those countries.
Furthermore, the report was supplemented by profiles of the biggest players operating in the food components industry. In addition, we compared the financial results of those companies and put together a list of key products from each company’s offer.
Result of market analysis
Thanks to the report, the client gained insight into both Polish and foreign consumer trends and received detailed information about their main competitors. This information will help the company in developing a production and sales policy for the future.
