Before making the strategic decision however, the company required a\u00a0reliable marketing analysis of their brand. They needed a\u00a0partner in research and consulting in order to get a\u00a0full picture of the market, and therefore decided on PMR Consulting &amp; Research. We were tasked with providing answers to a\u00a0number of complex questions.<\/p>\n<p>The client\u2019s business need included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>understanding the competitive position of their brand in Poland,<\/li>\n<li>conducting an analysis of the premium market,<\/li>\n<li>indicating the position of low-end brands, that is the fast fashion segment, which is becoming increasingly important in terms of smart shopping, with consumers combining products from different segments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution:<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Marketing analysis \u2013\u00a0from brand diagnosis to the target group\u2019s preferences<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We proposed and implemented a\u00a0solution which included an exploratory analysis of secondary data, and data from telephone interviews with the target group.
